If we've had a question or a gazillion questions via email about a product or service the replies come back SUPERquick... almost instant or within an hour or two... If there's a problem with an order, we know about it straight away. We had a bit of a problem when trying to order 3 different types of envelopes... we put the order through but unfortunately you were out of stock of all three at the time. Bit of a bummer but we had Bronwyn on the phone to us straight away. She was very apologetic and explained why. So we appreciated that! She's lovely! We've dealtmainly with Julia and she has been SO fantastic. It's great to have one particular person we can call upon to answer questions or steer us in the right direction. From a customers point of view, it helps built a rapport and allow us to build up trust in a product or service. Why would we want to get our supplies elsewhere if we already feel safe in the hands of Artee?! So you guys rock in that department! Our paper order (of our beloved Crane Lettra) came PERFECTLY cut to size. It ranthrough our press like a dream. We even just loved how neat it all came shrink wrapped haha. Simple pleasures... Please don't ever stock stocking Lettra! We love it. It is perfect for letterpress and made especially for it. We had belly bands & address labels printed also. They came beautifully cut to size and shrink wrapped too - we actually weren't expecting them to be cut so that wasan added bonus! Meant we didn't have to get out the metal ruler and exacto knife haha. The belly bands came as adhesive labels which I wasn't expecting, but that order was left in my partner's hands and he forgot to specify which paper to get those printed on. Kind of worked out well anyway cos we only had to peel away a section of the backing on one edge to stick them together at the back! No glue needed. The labels were great quality...not flimsy at all so no tearing as I peeled off the backing.
