| Freight & handling is payable by the customer on all orders. We would prefer you allow our experienced staff to choose the best and most cost effective method to send your order. Artee Supplies uses the following freight services: Australian Air Express Overnight to most capital cities. Regional areas longer. Traceable, with a signature required upon delivery. Please note: If there is nobody at your premises to receive and sign for an AAE parcel, there is a re-delivery fee of $8.54 plus gst per attempt, which we will pass on. To prevent these charges, provide us with a delivery address where there will be someone there during office hours. Post E-Parcel This service traceable, but can take several days to arrive at the destination. A signature is required upon delivery.
Civic Transport Services Perth metropolitan area only.
Star Track Express A traceable road freight service used for larger orders. Our road freight pick-ups are Tuesday and Friday. A signature is required upon delivery.
Own Courier/Freight Service We will advise you when your order is ready for you to arrange the pick up by your chosen carrier.
Customer Pick-Up We will advise you when your order is ready for collection. Generally, we will not know which way your order is best sent until it is packed and ready to go. Wherever possible, and when cost effective, we use Australian Air Express. Parcels must be kept under 5kg dead or cubic weight to take advantage of the negotiated rates with AAE. Depending on the destination, we may split the order into two 5kg or less packages, as this would be cheaper and faster than road freight or Australia Post. |
